United View App Terms of Use

1) The App

United View provides fan-facing features such as match-day ratings, Man of the Match voting, community averages, and predictions/points. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not create accounts to manipulate voting, ratings, or points.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Submissions & time locks

When you submit ratings, votes, or predictions, you confirm they’re your own. The App may time-lock submissions (e.g., at kickoff or shortly after) to keep results fair. Once locked, submissions may not be editable.

4) Acceptable use

No hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the App.

No abuse, harassment, or unlawful content (where text input exists).

No automation or manipulation of votes/ratings/leaderboards.

5) Points & leaderboards

Points and leaderboards are for entertainment. We may adjust scoring rules, remove suspicious activity, and correct errors to maintain fairness.

6) Third-party data

The App may display fixture/match data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability of third-party data and are not responsible for outages or errors from those sources.

7) Intellectual property

The App, branding, and content we provide are owned by United View or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

8) Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, United View is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

9) Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend/terminate access if required for security/legal reasons or for violations of these Terms.
